Diablo PCA Region Holiday Party

• Children 12 and under:  Free

Sign-ups close on Monday, December 6, 2021 - The attendee list is limited to 90 people, so please sign up early.

This year’s annual Diablo Region Holiday Party will again be hosted by the club at St. Mary’s College Moraga. Festivities begin at 5:00 with wine and beer available at the bar and dinner service beginning at 5:30. Due to social distancing requirements, attendance is limited to 90 people. Contractually, the club is responsible for ensuring that all attendees must show proof of being fully vaccinated. Unfortunately members that are not fully vaccinated will not be able to attend.

Attendees can select from the following meal options, Swordfish Pizzaiola, Almond Crusted Chicken or vegan Pasta Provençale. The club will supply soda, tea, coffee, water, and white and red wine for the tables. If you would like to bring some additional wine to enjoy during dinner, please feel free to do so.

With Covid still circulating in the community and strict restrictions mandated by the county and state to limit any potential exposure, the Club has decided to forgo the customary Porsche “white elephant” gift exchange. In place of the gift exchange, we will be focusing on our charity contribution to the Toys for Tots program. This year in place of bringing a toy to donate, you will have the opportunity to make a cash donation to Toys for Tots when registering for the event. The club will then match those donations up to $1,000. The primary goal of Toys for Tots is to deliver holiday joy, and to send a message of hope to less fortunate youngsters. Please consider donating to this worthy cause.
