Costs: $40.00 per person, includes the 3-hour cooking lessons, food and ingredients, with a gratuity you pay on your own if you wish to our instructor and staff at Yankii Hill Cooking School.

We will follow the CDC guidelines and request that all participants have proof they received their two Covid-19 and booster vaccines.

Please purchase one REQUIRED - Scenic Drive - Driver ticket (so we can collect your vehicle information) per vehicle/order and one Scenic Drive - Passenger ticket for each person in the vehicle.

As we are a Porsche Club, this event is limited to Porsches only.

Diablo Porsche Club Invites yot to Tuscan Cuisine in the Sierra Foothills

Your Host: Ron Erickson - Winemaker, Chef and Instructor at the Yankee Hill Winery & Cooking School, 11755 Course Gold Lane, Columbia, CA

Your Tour Hosts: Susie George and Tom Geary

Tuscan Menu: Tuscan chicken, fresh pasta, sauce for pasta, vegetable dish, salad, portabello mushrooms on ciabatta bread, bruschetta, chocolate lava cake for dessert. Wine and hors d’oeuvres served there. You can also bring your own wine to share; no beer allowed as Yankee Hill does not have a license for beer.

Please note: This is an approximately three-hour long class (from 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM) and is NOT gluten-free. Those with dietary restrictions may not want to participate. Not all participants are required to cook, but are encouraged to cheer, observe (or heckle) their partner or fellow PCA member. No food fights allowed.

Schedule:

• 7:30 AM - Assemble at IHOP, 4567 First Street, Livermore, CA 94550
• 7:45 AM - Mandagory Driver's meeting for Tour Directions and Safety Briefing
• 8:00 AM - Depart
• - biobreak in Farmington, CA
• ~10:30 AM AM - Arrive Yankee Hill Cooking School
• 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM - Cooking school and lunch

Route: The route will be sent to tour participants approximately one week before the tour.

Drivers are responsible for the proper function and safety of their vehicles. Your vehicle should be well maintained with brakes and tire tread above the minimum wear levels. Know the location of all the safety equipment of your vehicle. Sweep vehicles are available for your safety, not to repair your vehicle.
