Upcoming Events
1/1/2025 - New Years Day Tour, our New Years Day Tour will start in the Alum Rock area and take Hwy 130 (San Antonio Valley Road) to Mount Hamilton and continue on east and then north on Mines Road to Livermore. We are expecting tickets to go on sale on Friday, December 6, 2024, at noon pending finalizing the starting location and a place for lunch in Livermore. 1/19/2025 - Ano Nuevo Tour, join us for a driving tour to Ano Nuevo State Park. This tour will start with breakfast sponsored by Porsche Stevens Creek at Porsche Now on Santana Row followed by a drive on some twisty backroads through the Santa Cruz mountains. Lunch will be on your own at the Davenport Roadhouse, followed by a guided Elephant Seal Walk at Ano Nuevo State Park. Click here for additional information and to register for this tour. Sold out. New - 2/15/2025 - Lunar New Year Tour, join us in celebrating the Lunar New Year with a short tour starting at the Buttercup Cafe after breakfast and ending at the Mayflower restaurant in Dublin for a pre-selected Dim Sum Lunch. Name Badges - Click here to order your personalized name badge. We encourage wearing name badges to avoid those awkward moments when you can't remember a name.
BOD Meetings - Board of Directors (BOD) meetings held on the second Monday of the month are open to all Diablo PCA members. If you are interested in participating in a meeting, contact our club president Bob Hilton (President@Diablo-PCA.org).
Co-members - If you have a spouse or significant other that is interested in Porsches, consider adding them to the PCA roster as a PCA Co-member. Co-members get their own PCA number. They have a separate email address where they can receive communications regarding PCA news and upcoming events. It's simple and there is no charge for adding a Co-member. Just log into your PCA account and edit your profile to add your Co-member. If you need assistance with adding a Co-member, contact our Membership Chair, Michael Caine at Membership@Diablo-PCA.org.
Diablo PCA has a new way for members to connect. We have created a Facebook Group just for you. Here you will find members telling members about drives they've taken, cars they have seen, posting photos, letting each other know about informal get togethers and much more. You will also get news hot off the press from Diablo PCA. Everyone is welcome to join just click on Diablo Region - Porsche Club of America Group. So please come join the fun and share your love of Porsche, because; it's not just the cars - it's the people.

Recurring Events
Breakfast at the Buttercup - Every Saturday Morning starting at 7:30 AM, have breakfast with your fellow Club members, then head to the parking lot to kick tires. It's a great way to catch up with your Porsche friends and find out what is happening in the Club. Come early for the best seats. (Buttercup Restaurant, 660 Ygnacio Valley Rd., Walnut Creek, CA)
Threads & Treads, Second and Fourth Tuesday of the Month from 6:00 - 9:00 PM, Make new friends, learn new skills or brush up on old ones (knitting, crocheting, stitching, crafts), all while working on community outreach projects. Even if you don't knit, these ladies have the scoop on all things PCA. (Black Bear Diner, 807 Camino Ramon, Danville, CA)
Porsches & Pastries, First Sunday of the Month (from March through November), join us for Porsches & Pastries on the first Sunday of the month. We expect the format to be the same as last year where Porsches & Pastries are hosted at different locations throughout our region.

Dinner at Mankas Grill, Second Thursday of the Month from 6:00 - 9:00 PM, Mankas Grill at Mankas Corners in Fairfield is happy to have us for dinner in Solano County. Join your fellow Club members for some great food and conversation. This is a great opportunity to socialize with both old and new members. (Mankas Grill, 2522 Mankas Corner Road, Fairfield, CA)

Dine with Diablo, Third Wednesday of the Month at 6:00 PM. We are trying something new this year and are scheduling monthly dinners at different places. Come out and dine with old friends, and meet new ones, while experiencing a different cuisine at select restaurants each month. Sign-up will be no-cost through Eventbrite (just to get a headcount for the restaurant).

Tours
If you are aware of some fun roads to drive, or an interesting destination, please contact the Tour Committee Chair (Carolyn Wong at Tours.Chair@Diablo-PCA.org). We are always looking for fun opportunities to take our cars out for a ride. The Tour Committee will work with you to make it happen.
Registration for tours and other events is done via Eventbrite (you will need to create an account with Eventbrite to register for a tour). Watch for a link to the registration site in the Upcoming Events section above or go the Tours page of the Diablo PCA website and click on the link from the calendar. Tours may sell out quickly. Be prepared to sign-up for tours as soon as registration is open. If you are unable to register for the tour, add your name to the waitlist in case of cancellations.
Emails regarding last-minute Tour information and openings for waitlisted individuals will come from Eventbrite and 1bluemacan@gmail.com. Please ensure that emails from these addresses are not sent to your spam or junk mail folder.
If you wish to purchase your own radio, the Club is using the Motorola Talkabout T800 series radios. These are sold in pairs and may be purchased through Amazon. These radios are FRS/GMRS compatible, have 22 channels and 121 privacy codes (or sub-channels).
