Weekly Blast 10/16/2024
Diablo PCA provides a welcoming and engaging community that
enriches our member's Porsche ownership experience.
Volunteers Needed
After two years of excellent service, Gene Stoegbauer is stepping down as the Events Chair so that he can participate in our events. We are seeking volunteers to serve on an Events Committee.
The Committee members will plan events and develop event budgets for approval by the Board of Directors, arrange for venues and caterers, coordinate with other chairs (e.g., Charity, Membership, Threads & Treads), publicize the event, register attendees, plan and staff volunteers for the day of event activities, and other related activities. Initially, the Committee will be chaired by President Bob Hilton, but a Chair will be selected from amongst the Committee members.
If you are interested, please email the Diablo President, Bob Hilton, at president@diablo-pca.org. In addition to expressing your interest and availability, please provide information demonstrating your experience performing similar duties.
Thank you for your interest.
Bob Hilton
2024 Diablo PCA Board of Directors Election
Diablo's Annual Board of Directors election runs through October 25, 2024. Your vote matters both to the Diablo Region and to the candidates seeking positions on the Board of Directors. These individuals volunteer their personal time to help provide you with memorable and exciting Porsche experiences. All Active and Family Active members received an email last Friday (10/4) with a link to the Eventbrite voting site and instructions on how to cast your ballot. You will be voting for all four Board of Directors positions: President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary. If you haven't done so already, please take a moment to follow this link to review the Candidates' bios, then cast your ballot. Our goal is to cast more votes than in any previous election in the 40-year history of the organization.
