OFFICIAL NOTICE OF ELECTION
Porsche Club of America – Diablo Region
2026 Election of Officers
Notice is hereby given to the membership of Porsche Club of America – Diablo Region that the Region will conduct its 2026 election for the following offices:
President
Vice President
Candidates
President
Fabrice Di Meglio
Larry Tougas
Vice President
Anthony Mendoza
Candidate biographies, photographs, and qualifications will be provided with the electronic ballot.
Voting
The election will be conducted electronically using ElectionBuddy.
Eligible voting members will receive an email containing a unique link to the electronic ballot, along with voting instructions and candidate information.
The ballot will provide members the opportunity to vote for one candidate for each office and will include a write-in option in accordance with the Region’s governing documents.
Voting Opens: October 1, 2026 at 12:01 AM Pacific Time
Voting Closes: October 25, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time
Eligible members must submit their electronic ballots before the voting deadline. Once a ballot has been submitted, it cannot be changed.
Voter Eligibility
Voting eligibility will be determined in accordance with the Diablo Region Bylaws and applicable Porsche Club of America membership requirements.
Members are encouraged to verify that the email address associated with their PCA membership is current so they can receive election materials.
Election Administration
The election will be administered by the Diablo Region Election Committee. The Election Committee is responsible for conducting the election fairly and impartially and for certifying the results following the close of voting.
