Register HereMemorial Day weekend will be full of beautiful cars, fun tours, social events, PCA friends and guests.
We've reserved a block of 15 rooms for Porsche Club of America Diablo Region at the beautiful Double Tree Pleasanton at the Club, 7050 Johnson Drive, Pleasanton, CA, at $159/night plus taxes and fees. The following is a brief description of the weekend events. They include tours, other fun, non-driving events, a car show, Zone Concours, and social events. Mix it up and also allow yourself time to visit the many attractions in the Diablo region. In honor of our 40th anniversary, the Club is subsidizing many of the events to allow as many members as possible to participate.
Saturday, May 25th, we have four events planned.
Of course, we’ll continue with our regular Breakfast at the Buttercup at 660 Ygnacio Blvd in Walnut Creek and give away special anniversary raffle prizes! Breakfast is followed by a discussion of the remarkable cars that show up for this event and a visit with friends, old and new. Folks start showing up at 7:00 am, but arriving at 8:00 am is okay. Time will not allow you to participate in the Breakfast and the 3 Dealer Poker Rallye, which starts at Porsche Fremont. No need to pre-register. Meals are out of pocket.
Join the 3 Dealer Poker Rallye, which includes a tour of much of the Diablo region, a visit to each of our 3 Porsche Dealers, and lunch at Walnut Creek Porsche. Arrive by 9:00 am at Porsche Livermore, 3100 Las Positas Road, Livermore, CA 94551, for a light breakfast and instructions. The Rallye spans approximately 130 miles and is expected to end at Porsche Fremont, 5740 Cushing Parkway, Fremont, CA 94538 at approximately 3:00 PM. The final card and awards will be presented at the get-together at KarPark on Saturday evening. So be sure to sign up for both events. This event is limited to 60 participants, so sign up early! Registration is $15.00 per person.
Take advantage of a unique opportunity with Kelly Telfer. Kelly’s artwork is featured at the legendary Petersen Museum and the LeMay – America’s Car Museum in Tacoma. He’s PCA’s “go-to” artist and is an entertaining and compelling art instructor. He'll instruct you in painting your own Porsche classic! Starting at 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm, the class will be conducted at the beautiful Ruby Hill Community Center at 2900 E. Ruby Hill Drive, Pleasanton, CA 94566. Beverages will be provided. Identify yourself at the gate, and the guard will direct you to the Community Center. Registration is limited to 40 people, and the price is $45 per person.

Pleasanton, CA 94566 for an evening of beverages, Vatos Tacos Truck, a no-host bar, a Tech/Trivia Quiz, and the Poker Rallye Awards (you must be present to win) surrounded by many rare and exotic cars. Registration is limited to 120, and the price is $35.00 per person.
Sunday, May 26th, we have three events planned.
Participate in the 7-Bridges Gimmick Rallye on Sunday. It will take you over all the bridges of our San Francisco Bay and provide you with genuinely exceptional vistas of the Bay Area. The round trip route starting and ending at the Double Tree Hotel parking lot, 7050 Johnson Drive, Pleasanton, CA is approximately 185 miles and takes approximately 5 hours to drive without stops. The first cars will depart at approximately 8:00 AM. This is not a Time-Speed-Distance (TSD) Rallye. The Rallye will require you to navigate between specified locations. If you are comfortable with this, you may participate in this Rallye as a solo driver. You can move at your own pace and stop for a bite or a beverage along the way. Awards will be presented at Sunday night’s dinner, so sign up for both events. Registration is unlimited, and the price is $15 per person.
Enjoy a unique way to tour the Livermore Valley wine region in the comfort and coziness of the vintage-style Livermore Wine Trolly. It will take you through the Livermore Valley to Shadow Puppet Brewery ($2 tasting), Rios Lovell Winery ($20 tasting fee), and Woods Family Winery ($20 tasting fee) for an enjoyable afternoon. The Trolly will leave at 11:00 am from the Double Tree Hotel, 7050 Johnson Drive, Pleasanton, CA. and return at 4:00 pm.
