Date: Tuesday, May 9, 2023 (this is a weekday tour)
Costs: $167 per person (includes walking tour and jeep ride through the preserve, and BBQ lunch)
Please purchase one REQUIRED - Scenic Drive - Driver ticket (so we can collect your vehicle information) per vehicle/order and one Scenic Drive - Passenger ticket for each person in the vehicle.
As we are a Porsche Club, this event is limited to Porsches only.

Safari West, African wildlife and BBQ lunch on a Porsche trip (without the plane ride). Meet at Safeway in Vallejo (122 Robles Way) at 8am, leave 8:30, Hwy 780 and 37 to Sears point, North on 121/116, north on 12 , Calistoga Road then left on Porter Creek Rd to Safari West. Arrive at 10:00am for walking tour and jeep ride through the preserve to see African animals. BBQ lunch at 1 -2 pm. Visit the gift store or begin your journey home. Check out their pictures on the web at Safariwest.com. You can also book a Tent/cabin if you wish to spend the night on your own.
Schedule:
- 8:00 AM - Assemble at Safeway on Robles Way in Vallejo for Tour Directions and Safety Briefing
- 8:30 AM - Depart
- 10:00 AM - Arrive Safari West
- 1:00 to 2:00 PM - BBQ lunch
Route: Directions will be sent to participants approximately one week before the tour.
Drivers are responsible for the proper function and safety of their vehicles. Your vehicle should be well maintained with brakes and tire tread above the minimum wear levels. Know the location of all the safety equipment of your vehicle. Sweep vehicles are available for your safety, not to repair your vehicle.
