Weekly Blast 4/15/2026

Diablo PCA's mission is to provide a welcoming and engaging community that enriches our member's Porsche ownership experience.  Whether it’s a Sunday morning Porsche and Pastries, a Driver Education Event at a local track, or a Tour through some of the most scenic roads in Northern California, Diablo PCA has something for you.

Upcoming Events

5/25/2026 - Memorial Day Car Show

Diablo's Memorial Day Charity Car Show, sponsored by Porsche Livermore and Porsche Fremont, at the picturesque Livery in Danville with its beautiful trees and serene atmosphere, brings together club members, friends, and the public to celebrate Porsches and honor the brave US military personnel who have sacrificed their lives in service to the nation. This extraordinary event is not just about showcasing magnificent cars; it is a heartfelt tribute to those who have served and a celebration of community spirit.

Registered cars will arrive at 9:00 am for placement. The Show is from 10:00  to 2:00 pm.

Lunch will be served at two restaurants: our traditional Luna Loca and the new Canyon Club Brewery. To help the restaurants manage the demand, meals will be served in three groups of 50 starting at 11:30 and again at 12:15 and 1:00. Additionally, Luna Loca will offer a “Take-out” option. Attendees will register on a first-come basis. The lunch ticket included in the registration packet has a $25 value and can be applied to meals and drinks of the participant's choice.

One of the event's highlights is the Operation Freedom Paws booth, where attendees can meet charity staff and learn about the programs that save lives through human-canine service dog partnerships. In addition to visiting the charity booth, participants can join the charity raffle, which offers exciting prizes from dealerships, wineries, and other service and product providers.

Costs: $20 per person during early registration for Diablo Region members, up to 110 tickets. $40 per person during regular registration. The cost includes a $25 lunch voucher at Luna Loca or Canyon Club Brewery.

Registration opens Friday April 17 at noon.  Click here to get more info and register.

4/15/2026 (Wednesday) - Dine with Diablo - TODAY!

  • What: Dinner at Amici’s East Coast Pizzeria

  • Where: 780 Camino Ramon, Unit 130, Danville

  • When: Wednesday, 4/15/26 at 6:00 PM

From Amici’s website: “Our pizza is inspired by the traditional Italian brick ovens of New England. The 700 degree temperatures of our stone ovens produce thin crusts that are crisp, airy, and slightly chewy… a taste of perfection.”

We went to Amici’s last year and they will issue separate checks for us again.  Please click here for more details and to register for this event.

4/17/2026 (Friday) - Tour to CRAB

4/17-19/2026 - CRAB-39

Continuing a tradition first hosted in 1972, hosted by the Sacramento Valley Region of PCA, CRAB provides a venue to socialize with like-minded fans of the Porsche brand. A wonderful way for long time members and newer members to have fun and socialize during one weekend, at one location, hosting a variety of driving and non-driving events. What does "CRAB" stand for? The "C" stands for crab feed, the "R" stands for rally, the "A" stands for autocross, and the "B" stands for the German word "begenen" which means a gathering or meeting. This year's event will be hosted at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino just north of Sacramento. Registration is open for this event.  Click here for additional information about this event.

Add a Co-Member

Did you know PCA members can add one co-member for free?!

Why should you add a co-member?  Co-Members will receive all of the PCA and Diablo Region benefits you receive, except they will receive a digital copy of the monthly PCA Panorama magazine.

They will get their own PCA membership number, get their own copy of the Weekly Blast but most of all, be eligible to receive the same Diablo Region member benefits and access to the same member-only events that you get.

Co-members with a PCA membership number qualify for member discounts and priority booking for Diablo events. Individuals that have not been registered with PCA and do not have their own PCA membership number, are not officially co-members.

It's free to add a co-member to your PCA profile!  Your co-member does not have to live in the same household, as long as they are a Porsche enthusiast.  All you need to do to add a co-member to your account is to send an email (or by calling 410-381-0911) requesting to add a co-member to your profile.  Please include the following information and send the email to the PCA National Membership Office at: membership@pca.org

  1. Your full name and PCA membership number

  2. Co-member's full name

  3. Relationship of co-member to you

  4. Co-member's email address

Please add your new co-member today!  If you have any questions on adding a co-member or a PCA Junior to your profile, please contact Larry G at: membership.chair@diablo-pca.org.
